35HGSA is construction steel for toughening and surface quenching.
It is marked by wear-resistant and high-level resistance. It is used for the production of heavy-laden elements (but after thermal-improvement or quenching) which are mostly used for constructing average size machines. Those are arbors, axles, conrods, spindles, arms, and tractor or truck half shafts. 35HGS steel is hard to weld, but it is prone to mechanic treatment and cutting.
