C45 STEEL

Low-alloy steel for toughening, hard to weld, easy to make a treatment.

Its purpose:

on average overburdened machines' elements or devices such as spindles, axles, arbors, untempered gears, electric motor's arbors, shields, screws, arms, knives, corkscrews, naves, rods, cylinders, and rotor bars. The products can be tempered subaerially getting the toughness up to 30-35 HRC.
